Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in IT or related discipline (professional certifications an advantage).
  • 9+ years’ experience in Banking/IT with strong Core Banking domain knowledge (applications, architecture, databases).
  • Proven leadership in managing departments/functional units.
  • Strong grasp of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Silverlake suite or AS400 (preferred).
  • Skilled in planning, tracking, and supporting delivery teams.
  • Able to perform under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
