Responsibilities include driving Takaful production and providing training to staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and tracking performance. The ideal candidate will actively participate in sales activities and maintain high standards of customer service.

- To grow the Bancatakaful business and fee-based income for AFFIN bank.
- Drives personal Advisory Takaful production and formulate action plans to achieve team’s production target.
- Provides training/ briefing on products identify training needed for staff and perform other service functions (i.e. carry out joint sales visits, enhance team member’s knowledge and coaching).
- Ensures team embrace high standards of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by Affin and STMKB.
- Actively participate and coordinate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities.
- Ensure sales team’s services rendered to customers are in compliant with internal and external policies, guideline as well as regulations.
- Performance and productivity tracking for sales staff.
- Recruiting of sales staff according to approved headcount.
