What is the opportunity?

The Production & Risk Services group is seeking a Client Technology Production and Risk Services analyst to support and drive operations of complex Client Technology applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team supporting a stable yet expanding business at a major North American Bank.

The group is responsible for:

1. Supporting various applications within the Client Technology portfolio.
2. Building tooling to automate monitoring, deployment, and enhancing DevOps and CI/CD capabilities.
3. Providing technical expertise and support across the application portfolio.
4. Managing requests for normal and emergency changes, releases, and capacity planning.
5. Coordinating disaster recovery planning and execution, and updating internal configuration management and risk systems.

What will you do?

You will:

1. Provide user-facing front office production support for local and remote users across multiple platforms.
2. Manage releases and coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with internal development teams and external vendors.
3. Collaborate closely with the Change the Bank (CTB) team for agile development initiatives.
4. Engage with technical partners and stakeholders to ensure stability in the production environment.
5. Create documentation and runbooks in Confluence, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Participate in rotational weekend release work and checks.
