A leading company in Klang City is seeking an experienced professional to handle full accounting responsibilities and HR functions. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in relevant fields and 3-5 years of applicable experience. Candidates must be proficient in accounting software and have excellent communication skills. Qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant experience in accounting and HR functions.
- Good understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsabilités
- Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR.
- Assist in monthly closing, journal adjustments, and audit matters.
- Monitor daily financial operations like invoicing and cash flow.
- Oversee payroll, attendance and employee documentation.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
