Job summary

A company in the steel manufacturing sector is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive (Systems Focus) to support their digital transformation journey. This junior role requires strong data management skills and familiarity with supply chain processes. Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy within the ERP system, assisting with system tasks, data integration, and supporting system testing and training material development. The ideal candidate has relevant educational qualifications and hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes: planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain master data accuracy within the ERP system.
  • Assist in compiling and updating supply chain data for planning and reporting.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new modules.
  • Provide end-user training and develop SOPs related to system use.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of supply chain software systems.
