FastLane by ENCOR is seeking an experienced Xero Bookkeeper to support our accounting and payroll operations in a professional services environment in Petaling Jaya. The role covers day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance, with on-site work for the first 3 months before a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on bookkeeping experience in a professional services setting.
• Strong knowledge of Xero and reconciliations.
• Experience with payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Familiarity with tax compliance and general ledger maintenance.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero.
• Reconcile bank accounts and match bank feeds.
• Process accounts payable and receivable and prepare payments.
• Import payroll timesheets and process payroll.
• Prepare payroll reports and statutory submissions.
• Assist with tax returns and compliance tasks.
• Maintain general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with team and support process improvements.
