Job summary

Lianhetech Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Technician to execute batch production records, SOPs, and process safety procedures in our Kampung Tanjung Langsat facility.

You will promptly report deviations, complete required records and test request forms, maintain shift logs, and assist in equipment maintenance and emergency response planning. Diploma in Engineering with at least 1 year of experience is required; the role emphasizes documentation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or above.
• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch production records, SOPs, and process safety procedures.
• Immediately report deviations or production abnormalities to the superior supervisor and complete relevant records as required.
• Timely fill out records and test request forms and update the location/card record.
• Discharge and treat industrial waste in accordance with environmental protection requirements.
• Accurately execute inspections and report any abnormalities.
• Transmit QC in-process control analysis plans and report abnormal situations promptly.
• Execute daily equipment maintenance according to SOPs to ensure equipment remains in good condition.
• Address issues related to fluid run-off, leakage, dripping, and seepage in the workshop.
• Conduct regular inspections and promptly report any equipment abnormalities.
• Implement equipment maintenance and perform simple repairs.
• Participate in self-inspections for hazards, perform pre- and post-shift handovers, maintain shift logs, and notify the next shift of special attention items.
• Assist the team in self-inspections for hazards and implement timely corrective actions.
• In emergencies, assist the shift leader in executing emergency response plans.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leader.

Discharge and treat industrial waste in accordance with environmental protection requirements.

Accurately execute inspections and report any abnormalities.

Transmit QC in-process control analysis plans and report abnormal situations promptly.

Execute daily equipment maintenance according to relevant SOPs to ensure equipment remains in good operating condition.

Timely address issues related to fluid run-off, leakage, dripping, and seepage in the workshop.

Conduct regular inspections and promptly report any equipment abnormalities.

Implement equipment maintenance and perform simple repairs.

Participate in self-inspections of potential hazards within the workshop and promptly rectify any issues identified at the workstation. Execute pre-shift inspections and post-shift handovers diligently, maintain shift logs, and notify the next shift of any special attention items.

Assist the team in self-inspections for potential hazards and implement timely corrective actions.

In emergency situations, assist the shift leader in executing emergency response plans.

Complete other tasks assigned by superior leader.
