Job summary

KLK Alami Edible Oils Sdn Bhd is seeking a Plant Operator to ensure smooth and safe plant operation. You will take samples, assist the supervisor with blending and troubleshooting, and clean plant equipment while maintaining housekeeping.

The role requires a diploma or certificate in a related field, with at least two years of experience; fresh graduates welcome. You will monitor performance, record field logs, support maintenance, and help implement TPM, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the plant efficiently.
• Take samples for inspection and ensure accurate records.
• Assist supervisor with blending and troubleshooting.
• Clean plant equipment and maintain good housekeeping.
• Monitor plant performance and record field log sheets and checklists.
• Provide assistance to maintenance staff and support TPM/Ownership program.
• Follow ISO 9001:2015, GMP, safety rules, and company procedures.
• Handle adjustment and operation of jerrycan blowing machines.
• Assist/handle other tasks as assigned by superior or HOD.

Job description

Able to handle and operate the plant efficiently.

To take samples for inspection.

To assist supervisor blending and troubleshooting.

Cleaning of plant equipment such as plant strainer, pump strainer, all sample trays and maintaining good housekeeping.

To optimize production capacity, yields and product quality.

Monitor the plant performance and record the field log sheets and checklist recordings.

Provide necessary assistance to maintenance staff in the plant. Ensure effective implementation and compliance of TPM and Ownership program.

Follow and practice ISO 9001:2015, GMP, Safety Rules Regulations, company policy and other standard procedures that use in the plant.

Able to do adjustment and operate the jerrycan blowing machines.

Assist/handle any other task as assigned by superior or HOD from time to time.
