Job summary

Kosmic Technologies is seeking an IT Client Analyst to support, maintain, and improve end-user computing services and workplace technology. You will be the bridge between IT and business users, ensuring reliable service delivery and a positive user experience.

Responsibilities include desktop and device support, OS upgrades, patch management, onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, license compliance, and documenting SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software.
• Support operating system upgrades, application installations, and patch management activities.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation preparation and access coordination.
• Monitor and maintain client infrastructure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes according to ITIL practices.
• Coordinate with global and regional IT teams for escalations and project implementations.
• Maintain asset inventory and software license compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Participate in IT projects involving workplace technology, endpoint management, and automation.
