mnosys sdn bhd is seeking an IT Client Analyst to support, maintain, and improve end-user computing services and workplace technology. The role acts as a liaison between IT and business users to ensure reliable service delivery and security compliance.

You will provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools; deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software; and assist with onboarding and offboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software.
• Support operating system upgrades, application installations, and patch management activities.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation preparation and access coordination.
• Maintain asset inventory and software license compliance.
• Monitor and maintain client infrastructure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes according to ITIL practices.
• Coordinate with global and regional IT teams for escalations and project implementations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Participate in IT projects involving workplace technology, endpoint management, and automation.

The IT Client Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving end-user computing services, client devices, and workplace technology solutions. This role acts as a key liaison between IT and business users, ensuring reliable IT service delivery, adherence to security standards, and a positive user experience.

Key responsibilities
