Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related field and 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities; set work schedules and assign tasks.
• Review invoices and maintain cost records for workplace activities.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about experience services.
• Ensure vendor materials align with brand guidelines and that insurance/contract documents are up to date.
• Lead orientation for new employees and establish techniques to meet objectives.
• Enforce safety standards and assist in business continuity planning.
