Job summary

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a Workday Solutions Architect on a fixed-term project basis to drive development, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules across HR functions. You will design scalable integrations, build reports and dashboards, and collaborate with HR and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and security.

The role requires 3-5 years of Workday implementation experience and the ability to work across regional projects with multi-language rollout.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with Workday implementations.
• Experience across Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Expenses.
• Ability to design, develop, test and deploy Workday solutions with data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Configure Workday and integrations to meet business requirements and maintain data integrity.
• Create functional and technical system documentation.
• Collaborate across HR and stakeholders to optimize reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Deliver high-quality Workday configurations and proactively suggest improvements.
