Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HRIS implementation consultant to liaise with client SMEs, gather requirements, configure HRIS modules, and deliver end-user training. You will conduct demos, support data migration, and provide post-go-live support to ensure client success.

The role requires 2–4 years of HRIS experience, strong communication, and a Workday Integration Certification. Bachelor’s degree holders are preferred, and the position is based in Malaysia with onsite responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Integration Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configure HRIS modules and support data migration activities.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs and project documentation.

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
