Job summary

Lancesoft Malaysia is seeking Senior Workday Consultants for on-site opportunities in Selangor, Malaysia. The role demands strong Workday HCM Core expertise and hands-on implementation experience to drive projects end-to-end with business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of relevant Workday experience, proficient in requirements gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, and secure, scalable configuration. This is a 12-month, on-site contract positioned in Selangor.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM Core.
• Proven experience in Workday implementations – mandatory.
• Ability to independently partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Strong experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Ability to identify gaps and recommend effective Workday solutions.
• Experience in solution design and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
• Experience with Workday system administration.
• Workday configuration and business process management.
• Security configuration and management.
• Complex Workday report configuration.
• Experience with bulk data processing / mass data loads.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate functional solutions.

Responsibilities
