Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Workday modules and HRIS implementations.
• Hands-on testing, data management, and deployment activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday enhancements, implementations, integrations and system improvements.
• Coordinate and execute UAT, regression testing, defect tracking and validation.
• Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and documentation for deployments.
• Support data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Drive continuous HR process improvements and data integrity.
