Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software development and technology consulting in enterprise environments.
• 6+ years of enterprise integration development using Workato or similar platforms.
• Strong hands-on Workato expertise and integration solution design capabilities.
• Solid understanding of REST, JSON, XML, OAuth, webhooks and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating SaaS apps, databases, APIs, messaging platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Good grasp of Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across multi-system integrations.
• Familiarity with security, authentication, governance, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand objectives, requirements, scope, priorities, and integration needs.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead workshops, design discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Estimate effort, timelines, dependencies, and technical risks.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Workato and other platforms.
• Integrate SaaS apps, APIs, databases, messaging platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate alternatives and recommend integration approaches and patterns.
• Prepare design, configuration, deployment, and operational documentation.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, BAs, PMs, QA, and client teams.
• Ensure adherence to architecture, security, governance, and standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage risks and dependencies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable assets and best practices.

The candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, define integration architecture, lead technical discussions, and deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience in software development and technology consulting within enterprise environments.
• 6+ years of enterprise integration development experience using Workato, webMethods, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workato and enterprise integration solution design and development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, webhooks, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications, databases, APIs, messaging platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Good understanding of Git/source control, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex, multi-system integrations.
• Understanding of integration security, authentication mechanisms, enterprise architecture, and governance.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and customer technical teams.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture, security, integration governance, development, and operational standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular progress updates.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable assets, best practices, and continuous improvement.
