Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Wood Production Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations in a woodworking workshop, covering cutting, carving, sanding, finishing, painting and assembly. You will optimize processes to boost efficiency and quality, while minimizing defects.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and at least 5 years of workshop management experience in wood products or furniture manufacturing, with strong knowledge of wood properties and finishing techniques.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above, with a minimum of 5 years of workshop management experience in wood products or furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of wood properties, woodworking machinery, and surface finishing and coating techniques.
• Excellent team management, leadership, and quality control skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in either Mandarin or English.
