Job summary

Private Advertiser invites a experienced Metal Production Workshop Manager to lead a metal fabrication team in Subang Jaya. You will oversee daily operations including cutting, welding, grinding, polishing, and assembly while driving quality and cost control.

Lead and train staff, enforce safety standards, and implement 6S practices to optimize production efficiency and workplace organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with at least 5 years in workshop management for metal products.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes including CNC, welding and surface treatment.
• Excellent leadership and on-site problem-solving abilities; able to train staff.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above, with a minimum of 5 years of workshop management experience in metal products manufacturing, such as display racks and shelving systems.

Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including CNC machining, welding, and surface treatment.

Excellent leadership, team management, and on-site problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in either Mandarin or English.
