Job summary

10ft Curtains SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Showroom Sales professional to drive curtain and motorized window treatment sales through showroom walk-ins, outbound follow-up, and ID project collaboration.

You will manage the full sales cycle from customer engagement to measurements, quotations, closing, and handover to the installation team, coordinating with designers, contractors, and the operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma; sales experience preferred in furnishings or retail.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Own transport preferred for site visits.
• Basic computer literacy including WhatsApp and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers, understand requirements and present curtain solutions.
• Provide quotations, product specs, and samples for project pitches.
• Coordinate measurements, scheduling, and handover to installation team.
• Update sales reports and manage customer contracts and payments.
