Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility for outdoor client visits.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are a bonus.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers with personalised consultations and product recommendations.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities and client visits to secure new business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge on curtains, fabrics and soft furnishings.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals with accurate pricing.
• Process orders and manage transactions via POS systems.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays and plan effective product placement.
• Build strong relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle queries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with design/install teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
