Job summary

MBG Fruits is seeking a highly organised Wholesale Officer to manage logistics operations, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely processing.

The role involves preparing packing lists, delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, and coordinating with Finance and Logistics to maintain cost-effective and safe distribution.

You will liaise with customers, compile monthly sales summaries and ensure all records are properly filed for easy reference.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle, prepare and process accounting documentations, including issue packing lists, delivery orders, invoices, credit notes, customer return notes, statement of account (SOA) and reconciliation on payment.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and processed within the required timeframe.
• Maintain proper filing and systematic record-keeping of all documents for easy reference.
• Prepare and compile monthly sales summaries, gross profit reports and credit note records.
• Liaise with customers to ensure invoice and delivery order are acknowledged and properly processed.
• Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies and customer-related administrative issues.
• Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Logistics) for general administrative duties.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
