Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Data Assistant to support Wholesale Operations by maintaining accurate business data, producing reports, managing product information and handling customer requirements.

The role collaborates with Wholesale Sales, Customer Operations, Supply Chain and external customers to ensure timely, accurate data across channels and platforms, enabling smooth trade execution. Strong Excel, data focus and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, operational support or data-focused role.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute routine daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Maintain reporting templates, trackers and dashboards.
• Compile information from multiple systems to support business reporting requirements.
• Input, update and maintain customer, product, pricing and operational data within relevant systems.
• Perform data validation checks to ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Identify and escalation data discrepancies, errors or system issues as required.
• Support the preparation, validation and distribution of product data, imagery, pricing and product attributes to customers and business partners.
• Upload and maintain product information across customer portals, partner systems, dropship platforms and other trading channels.
• Coordinate the collection and formatting of product information to meet customer requirements and launch timelines.
• Monitor customer portals and submissions, resolving data errors and update requests where appropriate.
• Support seasonal product launches by ensuring product information is complete, accurate and available on time.
• Maintain records of customer-specific data requirements, templates and submission schedules.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of product information across all channels.
• Support customer onboarding and account setup activities.
• Maintain customer master data, trading terms, contracts and operational records.
• Assist with administration relating to returns, recalls, credits and other operational activities.
• Support the preparation and distribution of information required by customers and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of operational documentation.
• Respond to routine requests for data, reporting and product information.
• Build effective working relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Provide administrative support to Wholesale Operations activities.
• Support colleagues in accessing and understanding standard reports and business information.
• Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and administrative efficiency.
• Support implementation of reporting and process improvements.
• Assist with testing and validation activities for new reports, systems and processes.
• Follow documented procedures and contribute ideas to simplify ways of working.
