Job summary

The role focuses on improving visibility of key operational metrics and facilitating dashboard development and maintenance. You will consolidate data from warehouse, transport, and automation teams, enforce consistency of reports, and proactively identify data discrepancies or trends while coordinating with multiple

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Comfortable with numbers, data sets, and performance metrics.
• Able to follow up firmly and professionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English & Mandarin communication.
• 3–5 years of working experience in any field.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Data Support: Consolidate data from warehouse, transport, automation to improve visibility of metrics.
• Manage report templates and enforce consistency across submissions.
• Support development and upkeep of dashboards (Excel / BI tools).
• Identify and flag discrepancies, missing data, or abnormal trends.
