Job summary
Clarks Outlet is seeking a Merchandising Executive with up to 3 years of experience to support merchandising operations across retail and omni-channel channels. You will upload product and pricing data into SAP and POS, run auto-replenishment, monitor inventory, and provide data-driven insights to drive commercial decisions.
The ideal candidate graduates with strong systems aptitude and working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Excel, and data analytics, and will collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Retail Management / Economics / Statistics / Data Analytics or related disciplines
- Up to 3 years of experience in Merchandising, Retail Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
- Experience with SAP (Article Management, Inventory, Purchasing, or Retail modules) and POS systems
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query) and Power BI
Responsibilities
- Execute product, pricing, promotion, and inventory uploads into SAP and POS systems
- Maintain and validate master data including articles, SKUs, pricing, product hierarchies, and store allocations
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness across business systems
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations to resolve system or data issues
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards; analyze sales, inventory, and product performance
