Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Wheel Loader Operator to support raw material handling in our Johor manufacturing facility. You will receive materials from suppliers, verify types, and unload them into designated storage bays according to material identification rules.

You will move materials from storage bays to hoppers, monitor stock levels, perform daily equipment inspections, and maintain clean operator cabins.

Qualifications

• Valid wheel loader competency certificate or heavy equipment license.
• 1–3 years experience operating wheel loaders or similar heavy equipment.
• Basic knowledge of raw material handling and storage.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials from suppliers and verify type and storage location.
• Unload materials into designated storage bays per identification rules.
• Transfer materials from storage bays to hoppers according to production needs.
• Monitor hopper stock levels and replenish when required.
• Operate wheel loader safely and maintain daily equipment inspections.
• Report equipment abnormalities and maintenance requirements.
• Support 5S activities in the raw material storage area.

Receive raw materials delivered by suppliers.

Verify raw material type and storage location before unloading activities.

Transfer raw materials to designated storage bays according to approved material identification requirements.

Transfer raw materials from storage bays to designated hoppers according to production requirements.

Monitor hopper stock levels and replenish materials as required.

Operate wheel loader safely and efficiently at all times.

Conduct daily equipment inspections before shift commencement.

Maintain cleanliness of wheel loader and operator cabin.

Report equipment abnormalities and maintenance requirements.

Support 5S activities within the raw material storage area.

Technical & General Skills Requirements

Wheel loader operating competency.

Raw material identification capability.

Basic mechanical awareness.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Professional / Technical Qualification(s)

Valid Wheel Loader Driving Competency Certificate and/or relevant heavy equipment operating license.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating wheel loaders, front-end loaders, or similar heavy equipment in a manufacturing, quarry, mining, construction, or industrial environment.

Basic knowledge of raw material handling and storage management.

Ability to perform daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance activities.

Familiarity with industrial safety requirements and traffic management systems.
