Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking reliable warehouse staff in Taiping to handle goods picking, loading, and receiving. You will ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and perform daily forklift operations, stacking, and staging as directed.

Responsibilities include inventory counts, pallet checks, reporting defects, and adhering to SOPs and safety rules. Overtime and shift work required; experience in warehouses is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience required.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime as needed.
• Comply with health & safety regulations at all times.
• Warehouse experience is a plus, not mandatory.

• Goods picking, loading, receiving (manual / forklift)
• Ensure proper receiving & issuance (FIFO / FEFO compliance)
• Loading, stacking, and staging goods at designated locations
• Conduct pallet checking and ensure specification compliance
• Perform inventory counting and ensure stock accuracy
• Carry out daily forklift inspection and report defects
• Report defects, errors, NC/RMA/DMR issues to superior promptly
• Follow all SOPs, rules, and assigned tasks from superior
• Support container manual loading and unloading activities when assigned by superior
• Support ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

• Forklift driving / power pallet truck operation
• Basic knowledge of system handling (RF scanner / handheld devices)
• Willing to perform physical work and meet job demands
• Able to work on shifts and overtime
• Flexible to support different warehouse sections when assigned
• Comply with health & safety regulations
• Preferably with warehouse working experience (not mandatory)
