Yi Chun Fang is a growing wellness brand specialized in external herbal therapy, vinegar-moxibustion and herbal paste treatment. We are looking for a passionate wellness therapist to join our team. Training will be provided for our signature therapy techniques.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional body massage, spa and wellness therapy service to customers

Maintain treatment room hygiene, sanitize tools and prepare treatment supplies

Communicate warmly with customers, understand client needs, deliver good service experience

Assist in customer follow-up, record client treatment notes

Follow brand service standard and operational SOP

About you

Minimum SPM / secondary school qualification

Prior spa / massage / beauty therapist working experience is preferred

Fresh graduate with passion for wellness industry also welcome (we provide training)

Friendly, patient, service-minded, good interpersonal skill

Able to work shift, including weekend and public holiday (spa operating hour)

Basic Bahasa Malaysia / English / Mandarin communication to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates
