Job summary

GolfLux Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is hiring a passionate wellness therapist to provide professional body massage, spa and wellness therapy services to customers. Training will be provided for our signature techniques and brand standards.

Applicants should have a minimum SPM, friendly and service-minded, able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and basic English/Mandarin/Malay communication. Fresh graduates welcome; salary discussed. Benefits include staff discount and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / secondary school qualification.
• Prior spa/massage/beauty therapist experience preferred.
• Fresh graduate welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional body massage, spa and wellness therapy service to customers
• Maintain treatment room hygiene, sanitize tools and prepare treatment supplies
• Communicate warmly with customers, understand client needs, deliver good service experience
• Assist in customer follow-up, record client treatment notes
• Follow brand service standard and operational SOP
