Job summary
ĀMANÏ Wellness Biohacking Club in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Medical Assistant to support safe delivery of medical and wellness services. You will prepare clients, conduct health screening, operate recovery equipment and monitor clients throughout sessions.
The role collaborates with doctors, nurses, therapists and the operations team to ensure attentive, personalized care in a supervised healthcare setting.
Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Medical Assistance, Healthcare, Nursing or related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of vital signs, common medical conditions and warning symptoms.
- Valid Basic Life Support certification or willingness to obtain before sessions.
- Strong observation, communication and documentation skills.
- Able to follow clinical instructions and equipment protocols precisely.
Responsibilities
- Client preparation and health screening, including forms and declarations.
- Support wellness equipment and modality setup following training.
- Monitor clients during sessions and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain infection control, safety and emergency readiness.
- Document services, observations and actions taken with accuracy.
- Support centre operations and handle client experience professionally.
