Job summary

HIM Wellness is a growing men’s health clinic in Kuala Lumpur seeking a motivated Wellness Care Assistant to support doctors and the clinical team in daily operations. Training will be provided, and prior healthcare experience is not required, making this an excellent entry point into healthcare and patient care.

You will assist with patient flow, maintain clean and ready treatment areas, handle basic administrative tasks, and learn clinical procedures under supervision in a modern men’s health

Qualifications

• No prior healthcare experience required; training will be provided.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, wellness and patient care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a patient-facing environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during patient consultations and clinical procedures.
• Support the clinical team in providing a professional and comfortable patient experience.
• Learn and assist with shockwave therapy procedures under supervision.
• Prepare, organise and maintain medical equipment and clinical supplies.
• Record and update patient information accurately.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas are clean, organised and properly maintained.
• Support basic administrative and clinic operations when required.
• Follow clinic procedures, safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
