Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Wellness) to promote and sell health and wellness supplements. You will develop new customer accounts, build lasting relationships, achieve sales targets, and participate in wellness events to drive growth.

You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, handle inquiries and coordinate orders. The role requires strong communication, networking, and a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, Healthcare or related field.
• 1–3 years in sales or business development, preferably in health supplements or related industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell health and wellness supplement products to new and existing customers.
• Develop new customer accounts through walk-ins, online enquiries, social media, referrals and networking.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations and explain benefits, usage and ingredients clearly.
• Handle inquiries, provide product information and follow up to convert to sales.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Provide after-sales service and gather feedback to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and wellness topics.
