Job Responsibilities

• Installation: Install water and air purification systems at customer sites.
• Maintenance (Rental Service): Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
• Repair (After-Service): Diagnose and fix any technical issues in the equipment.
• Customer Service: Assist customers by explaining system functions and basic upkeep.
• Technical Support: Offer guidance to customers and internal teams on product usage and servicing.
• In-House Repair: Handle complex repair work at the service center.
• Repossession Duties: Manage the return of units with overdue payments or assist in payment collection.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
