Job summary

Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Wellness Education Trainer to lead product education for pharma ranges, coach Brand Advisors, and support retail activations and events nationwide.

You will deliver onboarding and ongoing training on ingredients, benefits, usage, and selling points; travel nationwide with driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of training, pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, skincare, or retail sales.
• Strong presentation and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Willing to travel nationwide and have a valid driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train newly recruited Brand Advisors.
• Deliver comprehensive product knowledge training on ingredients, benefits, usage, and key selling points.
• Provide training on Himalaya's healthcare, personal care, skincare, and wellness product ranges.
• Ensure promoters can confidently recommend products based on customer needs.
• Conduct regular refresher training sessions to maintain product knowledge standards.
• Attend internal product launches and cascade information to field teams.
• Train Brand Advisors on consultative selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Conduct scheduled outlet visits to Client stores nationwide.
• Observe promoter performance and provide immediate coaching.
• Support roadshows, pharmacy events, and retail activations.

Wellness Education Trainer (Pharma Products)

This role involves conducting product education and training for Brand Advisors, providing retail sales coaching, conducting field support and store visits, and supporting events and activations for healthcare, personal care, skincare, and wellness product ranges.

Key responsibilities

Conduct onboarding training for all newly recruited Brand Advisors

Deliver comprehensive product knowledge training covering ingredients, benefits, usage, and key selling points

Provide training on Himalaya's healthcare, personal care, skincare, and wellness product ranges

Ensure all promoters can confidently recommend products based on customer needs

Conduct regular refresher training sessions to maintain product knowledge standards

About you

Strong presentation and coaching skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation

Willing to travel nationwide for store visits and activations

Possesses a valid driving license and own transportation (preferred)
