Job summary

Himalaya Wellness Malaysia seeks a Wellness Education Trainer (Pharma Products) to conduct onboarding and product knowledge training for Brand Advisors, deliver retail sales coaching, and support events and activations for healthcare, skincare, and wellness ranges.

A Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Nutrition, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or related fields is required, with at least 2 years in training, healthcare, FMCG, skincare, or retail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Nutrition, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, skincare, or retail sales.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding training for all newly recruited Brand Advisors.
• Deliver comprehensive product knowledge training covering ingredients, benefits, usage, and key selling points.
• Provide training on Himalaya's healthcare, personal care, skincare, and wellness product ranges.
• Ensure promoters can confidently recommend products based on customer needs.
• Conduct regular refresher training sessions to maintain product knowledge standards.
• Attend internal product launches and cascade information to field teams.
• Train Brand Advisors on consultative selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Conduct scheduled outlet visits to Client stores nationwide.
• Observe promoter performance and provide immediate coaching.
• Support roadshows, pharmacy events, and retail activations.
