Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Wellness Education Trainer to lead onboarding and ongoing product education for Brand Advisors across healthcare, personal care, skincare, and wellness ranges. You will coach promoters and ensure confidence in product recommendations, while supporting activations and events nationwide.

The role requires strong presentation and coaching skills, with the ability to travel for store visits and activations, including roadshows and launches.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Nutrition, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of training, pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, skincare, or retail sales experience.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills with effective communication.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for store visits and activations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding training for all newly recruited Brand Advisors.
• Deliver comprehensive product knowledge training covering ingredients, benefits, usage, and key selling points.
• Provide training on Himalaya's healthcare, personal care, skincare, and wellness product ranges.
• Ensure all promoters can confidently recommend products based on customer needs.
• Conduct regular refresher training sessions to maintain product knowledge standards.
• Attend internal product launches and cascade information to field teams.
• Train Brand Advisors on consultative selling techniques and customer engagement.
• Conduct scheduled outlet visits to Client stores nationwide.
• Observe promoter performance and provide immediate coaching.
• Support roadshows, pharmacy events, and retail activations.

About you
