Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Bukit Jalil wellness centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee daily operations, openings/closings, staffing, room allocation and equipment scheduling to ensure premium client experiences.

Lead the front desk, membership, therapy and clinical support teams; drive commercial performance by monitoring lead flow, conversions, memberships and programme mix. You will manage rosters, attendance, coaching, and escalation handling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in a service outlet, clinic, spa, or similar setting.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue, sales, and customer conversion targets.
• Strong people management, scheduling, coaching and disciplinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations including opening/closing, staffing coverage, room allocation and equipment scheduling.
• Lead the front desk, membership, therapy and clinical support teams; coordinate with Medical Director on clinical oversight.
• Drive commercial performance by monitoring lead flow, consultation conversions, memberships & programme mix.
• Run daily/weekly briefings on bookings, targets, VIP arrivals and service issues.
• Build and manage rotations to ensure seven-day coverage without breaching hours.
• Manage attendance, leave, performance reviews, coaching and discipline.
