Global Precision Sales and Services Sdn Bhd operates a wellness center combining Eastern and Western therapies. We seek a Customer Service Executive to provide outstanding service, manage bookings, and support sales and daily operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Communications, Hospitality Management or Healthcare Admin.
• 1–3 years frontline customer service, front desk, receptionist or sales experience encouraged.
• Healthcare, wellness or clinic background is a plus.
• Must be willing to work weekend shifts.
• Fluent in Malay and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support sales and promotional activities.
• Assist in the daily operations of the wellness centre.
