ResMed Inc is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to develop and manage Health and Safety Management Systems, policies and practices across the organization in Malaysia. You will oversee workers’ compensation, injury management, incident investigations, and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving a culture of safety.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in OSH, at least 2 years in a similar OSH role, and strong communication across teams.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an OSH role.
• OSH Coordinator Training Program accredited by DOSH or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Certifications in safety management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and maintain Health and Safety Management Systems and policies.
• Lead safety functions such as Workers Compensation and Injury Management processes.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor hazard identification and incident reporting to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with local occupational health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to foster safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice on safety to drive business outcomes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to exchange critical safety information.
• Contribute to organizational risk management efforts.
