Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on health and safety experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Proven ability to lead risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of practical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety compliance with DOSH, BOMBA, and DOE requirements.
• Embed safety into daily operations via meetings, audits and hazard reporting.
• Oversee risk assessments across plant, equipment, and contractors; prioritize controls.
