Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced SSHE professional to coordinate and support safety, health, and environment activities for Well Services operations in Sabah, Malaysia.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in science or engineering and at least eight years in oil & gas, preferably PSC, with strong knowledge of SSHE standards and risk management. You will guide field teams, conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in oil & gas, preferably PSC environment.
• Experience in SSHE role with well services activities.
• Knowledge of SSHE standards and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SSHE activities for Well Services operations, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide SSHE guidance and oversight for well services activities, including risk assessments, safety procedures, and field operations.
• Monitor and promote safe work practices and support the implementation of SSHE standards across well services operations.
• Work closely with Well Services, Operations, and contractors to identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Participate in SSHE inspections, audits, incident investigations, and safety improvement initiatives.
