Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Well Services SSHE Specialist to support SSHE (Safety, Security, Health & Environment) for well services and intervention activities in Malaysia.

You will ensure operations comply with company SSHE standards, applicable laws, and contractual requirements, while promoting safe and efficient field execution. The role requires extensive offshore SSHE experience, familiarity with HIRA/JSA/JHA processes, PTW compliance, and collaboration with well services

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in science or engineering is required.
• Relevant SSHE/HSE professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SSHE support to well services and well intervention activities.
• Ensure operations comply with company SSHE standards, applicable legislation and contractual requirements.
• Assist in HIRA/JSA/JHA, PTW compliance, SSHE inspections and field assurance.
