Job summary

Elsa Talent seeks a Well Services SSHE Advisor to provide Safety, Security, Health & Environment support for onshore and offshore well operations in Sabah. The role ensures compliance with Malaysian oil & gas regulations and maintains robust barrier management.

The advisor will perform risk assessments, participate in HIRA and PTW audits, and coordinate SSHE assurance with drilling, completion, and intervention teams. Prior PSC experience and contractor SSHE management are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in science or engineering.
• SSHE competency certifications advantageous.
• Knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety, environmental and oil & gas regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SSHE support and assurance for well services and well intervention activities.
• Conduct HIRA, JSA/JHA, PTW audits, inspections and SSHE assurance activities.
• Coordinate contractor SSHE management and field assurance.
• Report incidents and drive corrective actions.
