Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced SSHE professional to lead safety, health, and environmental programs for Well Services operations in the oil & gas sector.

The role focuses on risk assessments, safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements across field activities. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering, with 8+ years in the oil & gas industry, preferably in PSC environments.

Qualifications

• Business-level understanding of SSHE standards and risk management.
• Experience in field operations and safety procedures.
• Strong knowledge of hazard identification and control measures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SSHE activities for Well Services operations, ensuring compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide SSHE guidance and oversight for well services activities, including risk assessments, safety procedures, and field operations.
• Monitor and promote safe work practices and support the implementation of SSHE standards across well services operations.
• Work closely with Well Services, Operations, and contractors to identify hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Participate in SSHE inspections, audits, incident investigations, and safety improvement initiatives.
