Job summary

Welding Alloys Group (Far East) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru invites applications for an Integra Supervisor to oversee welding activities and coordinate site operations at our Tampoi facility. Reporting to the Process Engineer, you will supervise a small team, ensure safety and quality standards, manage schedules for day and night shifts, and support in-situ jobs with clients to meet project requirements.

Fluency in conversational English is important and candidates should have strong ownership,

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in welding or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in welding/fabrication.
• Strong welding process knowledge and safety compliance.
• Conversational English required for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a small team of welders while ensuring safety and quality.
• Plan schedules and monitor productivity for day and night shifts.
• Coordinate with clients and site activities for in-situ jobs.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on output, quality and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance of welding equipment and PPE.
