Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or SKM Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic welding knowledge and skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage.
• Ability to read simple work instructions and drawings.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding machines and equipment according to work instructions.
• Weld metal components and assemblies for automotive products.
• Check welded parts for defects and quality issues.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Keep the work area clean and organized (5S).
• Report equipment problems and production issues to the supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
