Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the welding industry.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and compliance standards (e.g., ISO14644‑5).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and manpower planning.
• Ensure timely production and shipment.
• Drive product quality and resolve line issues.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects and support 5S and lean activities.
