Qualifications

- Candidates with leadership experience will have an advantage.
- Willing to work 6 days per week and able to commit to 12-hour shift work.

- Execute daily production operations in accordance with process standards.
- Assign and coordinate tasks for team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production processes, discipline, and product quality.
