Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce storefronts across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal store performance, with a focus on the Australia and Europe & US markets.
2. Upload product listings across platforms, including writing and optimizing high-quality titles, descriptions, and item specifics, aligned with target market preferences.
3. Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates across different platform algorithms.
4. Plan and execute promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales growth.
5. Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform-specific performance standards.
6. Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data across platforms, provide actionable insights and continuously optimize product and pricing strategies.
7. Ensure full compliance with each platform's policies, guidelines, and best practices to safeguard account health and business continuity.
