Job summary

Reolink, a leader in intelligent visual technology for homes and businesses, is seeking a dedicated e-commerce coordinator. You will manage storefronts across Australia, Europe, and US markets, upload listings, and optimize content to boost visibility and sales.

You will analyze performance data, plan promotions, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate fulfillment to maintain top store health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Solid understanding of platform policies (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada).
• Experience in cross-border B2C ecommerce, especially AU/EU/US markets is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and optimize performance.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce storefronts across multiple platforms, focusing on Australia and Europe & US markets.
• Upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and item specifics.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for visibility and conversion.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, campaigns, and ads for target markets.
• Monitor orders and coordinate fulfillment to meet platform standards.
• Track sales, traffic, and conversion data to drive pricing and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies to safeguard account health.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce storefronts across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations and optimal store performance, with a focus on the Australia and Europe & US markets.
• Upload product listings across platforms, including writing and optimizing high-quality titles, descriptions, and item specifics, aligned with target market preferences.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimization to improve product visibility, search ranking, and conversion rates across different platform algorithms.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, campaigns, ads, sponsored listings) tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales growth.
• Monitor and process customer orders while coordinating fulfillment to meet platform-specific performance standards.
• Track and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data across platforms, provide actionable insights and continuously optimize product and pricing strategies.
• Ensure full compliance with each platform's policies, guidelines, and best practices to safeguard account health and business continuity.
