Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a sales-driven Retail Banking professional in Malaysia to achieve branch targets and grow the bank's wealth and retail portfolios. You will promote a range of products to existing and potential customers and participate in marketing campaigns to expand the customer base.

Requirements include a degree or diploma, at least 2 years' wealth/banca experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and relevant licenses (CUTE, Banca/Takaful).

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Have at least 2 years’ experience preferably with Wealth and Banca products in any FIs.
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skill.
• Possess with CUTE & Banca/Takaful license and any other relevant licenses required for the portfolio.
• Sales and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales/revenue target assigned by the Bank and contribute towards growing the branch portfolio/profitability and the overall branch targets.
• Promote and professionally sell a range of retail products to existing and potential customers (Wealth, Deposits, Assets/Financing, etc.).
• Participate in branch/region/bank sales campaigns to achieve deliverables and acquire/build mass & mass affluent customers.
• Prepare and execute sales plans, perform account opening, cross selling, up selling and customer engagement for retention and referrals.
• Drive NTB customer acquisition and customer experience to broaden the Bank's customer base.
